The Lafayette Parish School System will prepare and distribute a grab and go breakfast and lunch pick-up for students while schools are closed during due to the coronavirus outbreak. The drive-thru pick up will begin Tuesday, March 17, from 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Meals will be available thereafter on weekdays Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at select schools listed below.
Any student in the parish age 18 and younger in need of lunches may pick up a meal at these locations during these times. The student must be present to receive a meal, no exceptions. Meals will be brought out to the cars and/or students.
The L. Leo Judice Elementary School location has been relocated to Scott Middle School, and Duson Elementary has been added to the list of school feeding sites.
