During last year’s election coverage, we asked what issues mattered most to you, gauged how you felt about Lafayette and asked candidates how they planned to address those concerns. Some clear themes emerged. Hub citizens wanted to see progress on:
- Housing
- Affordability
- Jobs
- Quality of life
Well into 2024, and with a new set of elected officials in place, we’re checking in again.
The Current is partnering with The 705 for “Listen Up: A Civic Check-Up” on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 5:30 p.m. at the Lafayette Downtown Convention Center.
